FOODS is a comprehensive B2B management ecosystem designed specifically for the high-pressure environment of restaurant chains. In an industry where data is generated at an overwhelming velocity, managers often find themselves buried under disconnected “data silos”—making it nearly impossible to gain a clear view of business health in real-time. This project focuses on bridging that gap by transforming fragmented operational data into a streamlined, high-level strategic tool.

The Challenge
Translating vast amounts of financial and operational data into a clear, actionable interface. The main goal was to reduce ‘cognitive load’ for managers who need to make quick decisions during rush hours.
The Process
Leveraging my 20-year background in financial systems and accounting, I prioritized data hierarchy and accuracy. I restructured the information flow, optimized data visualization (graphs), and ensured that every metric serves a practical business purpose.
The Outcome
The final result is a high-performance management tool that transforms complex data into actionable insights. By streamlining the interface and optimizing data visualization, the system enables restaurant managers to monitor logistics, track employee performance, and manage inventory with zero friction.
